HiPath 4000-Factory Reset ADS/A1/ADP V6 Data Base

In case you set wrong System Number on amo ANUM; the license was rejected and you want to clear the ads db, instead install all system from scratch.

1. Do a Regen on ADS and save it.

2. Copy the file BS.ZDAADS00 below to your PC with comwin file transfer.
:PDS:LEER/BS.ZDAADS00 => leer = empty in German.

3. Copy (save) the files below to your PC, rename to abs_zdaads00 and res_zdaads00. This is just in case for back out...(reverse the action)...
:PDS:APSZ/ISU/BS/ABS/ZDAADS00
:PDS:APSZ/ISU/BS/RES/ZDAADS00 

4. Rename the file from 2 to ZDAADS00. Drag and drop (will overwrite) the file, to the directories ABS & RES below:
:PDS:APSZ/ISU/BS/ABS/ZDAADS00
:PDS:APSZ/ISU/BS/RES/ZDAADS00 

5. Reload ADP..
EXEC-REST:UNIT, A1, RELOAD; 
The system has now empty A1 data base. Check with DIS-ANUM;

6. Set the right system number with ADD-ANUM :…. and install the license

7. Generation of ADS from regen in step 1 to create the ads db back;

8. Verify if the HD is ok with AMO dis-ddsm:a1; deac/act:dssm:a1,1;
