HiPath 4000V6 Assistant : Client Preparation for Windows 7

This is an experience to share you for the "Client Praparation" of the HiPath 4000 Assiatance V6 on Windows 7 via (IE) Internet Explorer browser
1- Checking your currently an IE browser on Windows that should be version v.7, 8 or 9 which compatible the HiPath 4000 Assiatance V6 (If current already then skip to (3-))
2- If the IE version is v.10 then you can downgrade itself to v.9 by follow as below

a) Control Panel > Programs > Program and Features > View Installed Updates

b) Looking for the Microsoft Windows > Windows Internet Explorer 10
c) Then selected and right click to "Uninstall"
d) After uninstalled success full, the Windows will request to restart for restore the Windows Internet Explorer v.9 instead
3- Open the HiPath 4000 Assiatance V6 web page via https://x.x.x.x
and go to Log-in page then choose "public area of the server"

4- Public Area is appeared then select "Client Preparation"

5- The Preparation of HiPath4000 Assistance Client page is appeared then following the step.

6- First of client preparation to verify is an Internet Browser by recommended the IE (Important and must be completed)

7- Next step will verify JAVA Runtime Environment installed by recommend lastest version or following its information (Important and must be completed)

8- And click NEXT to install and verify step #3 to #5 if needed
9- Final step to install and verify is JAVA Applet Cache Manager in step #6 (Important and must be completed)
